Katyayani Metarhizium Anisopliae is a Bio Insecticide. It is a Powder formulation containing high concentrations of natural live Metarhizium Anisopliae fungus. When applied to soil or leaves, it comes into contact with insects and penetrates into the outer layer and causes death of insects. Mode of Action of Metarhizium Anisopliae Bio insecticide

When spores of metarhizium anisopliae come into contact with an insect's body, they germinate and penetrate the insect's cuticle (the outer shell). Once inside the insect's body, the fungus grows and produces toxins that kill the insect. The dead insect's body becomes covered in a white mold, which is a sign of the fungus.
